The Montbartoux campsite applies a reinforced protocol for all clients.

Safety equipment 

• Staff adhere to safety protocols established by the local authority
• Shared accessories (menus, magazines, pens, paper) have been removed
• Hydro-alcoholic gel in accommodation and frequented rooms
• First aid kit available

Physical distance 

• Contactless check-in and check-out
• Cashless payment available
• Compliance with physical distancing rules
• Physical barriers or screens placed between staff and customers in areas where necessary

Cleaning and disinfection 

• Use of cleaning products effective against the coronavirus
• Towels, bed linen and clothing washed according to local authority recommendations
• Accommodation disinfected after each stay
• Accommodation closed after cleaning

Safety of food and drink 

• Physical separation in dining areas
• Meals can be delivered to the accommodation
• Plates, cutlery, glasses and other crockery are disinfected
